Mademoiselle Nails and Spa (Special Winter: Pedicure $30 Free Hot Stone Massage, No Chip Manicure $32, Previously JP Nails)

I'm never coming here again !!! Vicky was kinda but super rushed. The first time I came here I was not satisfied with my nails.I asked for hearts on my nails but when she did two nails I saw she couldn't do them so I asked if she could please just remove them but she proceeded and told me I would like them. Obviously at the end she saw I didn't like them so she told me I could keep the nails on and return again to take them off and get a new fresh set of nails. So I thought that was great and I was happy about it. Also when she checked me out she still charged me for a design that I clearly didn't like and clearly told her to remove. I came again today expecting her to remove the old ones and put new ones but all she did was add color on top of the ones I already had one. She did remove the previous color but when she was doing that my nail chipped on the side and I told her if she would fix it but she said she couldn't do that and that when she added the new colors it wouldn't be noticeable. Basically my nails were badly shaped. She did not remove and add new nails. My nails also were not nicely shaped. And yes the $5 off she didn't even give it to me the first time. Literally worst experience ever never coming here again.

I don't know how someone can look at this and ask me if I'm satisfied. I said it's fine and went home and took it off. 1st try I waited over an hour for another tech to come in as there was ONE person working! When it was done I told the lady it was really bad and she said she would fix it if I came back, this was the result. And when I paid she said $35. Pedicures have always been $30 for the basic. I told her there was a $5 off coupon rn and she charged me $30, should have been $25. I've read the recent reviews, believe them. So disappointing.

I usually do not like writing negative reviews however in this instance this has to be noted. I went to get a full set placed and pedicures for my daughter and myself. When we got there we were told to check in and we proceeded to have to wait for a long time. We were there for three hours and they were only two workers. We were informed that it was new management however please be aware that the whole staff that used to work here is no longer working there. I'm very disappointed in the quality of work considering I spent $160 plus tip for the services. As you can see in the picture the nails are not even put on correctly, they are flooding the cuticles and the girl was getting Gel all for her fingers and nail polish all over the place. It was very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed. The girl who did my pedicure did do a good job and took her time however the lady who did the gel manicures did horrible. She also was very rude to people that came in that said they had an appointment. They definitely are understaffed which is understandable however the services given were not worth the prices paid. In my experience I definitely know this lady is not experienced in doing these type of sets as she was confused and her work showed it. Please be cautious if you do seek services from this place at this time. Hopefully they get more experienced techs available and also do not just try to tell you to come in just to get there , wait and take your money.

This place used to be awesome, they kept switching ownership which fine whatever. But I really felt with this new ownership that they rushed me. She did not take her time, and when I asked “can you slow down?” she replied “do you want this fast or slow?” in which I said: “I want you to take your time.” They have raised their prices. used to be 30$ now 35$ for a pedicure so the “5$” off means just the normal price from before. And she gave me the higher price at checkout until I told her there’s a coupon happening right now. Wish I didn’t feel so uncomfortable during the process (be aware, many of the “good” reviews was before they changed ownership a year ago :/ they were awesome before then)

First, I wanted to get my Acrylic nails removed. I don’t remember the person’s name but he did not use acetone to remove Acrylic nails. He just used a nail and removed my acrylic which was painful. I told him but he said the acetone will take 40 minutes that's why he is doing it with a nail. Secondly, I wanted to get no Chip manicure done. He did not use any UV lights. The day I got my No chip done it got cracked in an hour. And he didn’t didn’t even apply any hand cream I am very disappointed. Update: I went back to get my nail fixed and the manager was incredibly rude and confrontational. I was planning on updating this review if it went well. Instead, I feel incredibly disrespected. This is NOT how you treat customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
